Hello and welcome! I am Elena Prokhorova. My students also know me as Namdag - the name I have received from my teacher, a prominent Tibetan meditation master Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.
I have walked a long path to get where I find myself now - teaching skills that we all need to cope with stress, especially in these times of unprecedented uncertainty. I help people discover their inner sources of strength, peace and joy.
