About the Event
Mindfulness meditation helps to cope with stress, but only when practiced daily. Learning it is relatively easy. The problem is how to integrate the practice into one’s daily life, especially now that many of our habitual routines are thrown into disarray. Most of the time people never make a step from learning to practicing.
