What I offer: Choose your pathway into mindfulness

At the moment most of my mindfulness courses and meditation sessions take place online. Here are the options for you to choose, depending on your goals and expectations:


FOR INDIVIDUALS


Free: The ABC of mindfulness meditation:

Since the onset of pandemic I offer free interactive meditation sessions for anyone who wants to learn and practice mindfulness meditation skills, every Thursday at 19.00 CET. If you are interested get in touch with me and I will send you a Zoom link.


8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course:

A training programme, based on the MBSR course (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It features 2,5-hour weekly sessions with lots of practical exercises to build mindfulness into your daily schedule.


8-week Mindfulness in Motion course “The Flight of the Turtle” (NEW):

It is a version of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by John Kabat-Zinn (which I also teach, you can check it out here), with guided dance meditation.


Customised mindfulness tuition and coaching:

Depending on your specific needs and interest, I offer mindfulness and meditation training and coaching in different formats. These can be private sessions and classes in small groups, ad hoc and in packages of 4, 6 or more weeks.


Mindfulness for dealing with chronic pain

My interest in mindfulness practice as an instrument for easing physical suffering stems from my own 30-year history of living with back pain. The mindfulness techniques you will practice in this course are based on the Breathwork method developed by Vidyamala Burch. They will help you to deal with pain, illness and excessive stress.


Akasha guided dance meditation

Akasha dance meditation is a way to explore mindfulness, to connect with the present moment while you are experiencing it. It is an expressive, embodied form of meditation rooted in ancient spiritual movement practices. It also draws on the modern understanding of the link between emotional and somatic experiences. Each session lasts 60 minutes and starts with a 20-minute mindfulness meditation.


One-week mindfulness retreats in Croatia:

Practicing Vipassana meditation and movement meditation in small groups of 5-6 people to the murmur of the waves, on an island, in the heart of a nature reserve.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS


Introductory workshops

90-minutes introductory workshop about mindfulness and stress management.

The workshops can be organised at lunchtime, after work or during the team-building day.

These introductory workshops create more awareness about the causes and effects of stress, and how to use mindfulness to feel more calm and focused.


Thematic workshops

Half-day or full-day workshops.

Live online workshops on specific topics such as:

  • Managing stress with mindfulness.

  • Mindful communication.

  • Improving focus and productivity

The thematic workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation.
