At the moment all my mindfulness courses and meditation sessions take place online. Here are the options for you to choose, depending on your goals and expectations:
Free: The ABC of mindfulness meditation:
Since the beginning of the lockdown I offer free interactive meditation sessions for anyone who wants to learn and practice mindfulness meditation skills, every Thursday at 18.30 CET. If you are interested get in touch with me and I will send you a Zoom link.
8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course:
A training programme, based on the MBSR course (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It features 2,5-hour weekly sessions with lots of practical exercises to build mindfulness into your daily schedule.
One-week mindfulness retreats in Croatia (temporarily suspended):
Practicing Vipassana meditation and movement meditation in small groups of 5-6 people to the murmur of the waves, on an island, in the heart of a nature reserve.
90-minutes introductory workshop about mindfulness and stress management.
The workshops can be organised at lunchtime, after work or during the team-building day.
These introductory workshops create more awareness about the causes and effects of stress, and how to use mindfulness to feel more calm and focused.
In-company mindfulness courses
Standard 8-week course or in a modular format.
8-week course: 8 weekly sessions of 1,5 hours.
Modular: 4 modules of 3 hours each.
The full course allows people to acquire all the necessary mindfulness skills in a step-by-step way, with the opportunity to practise in-between the sessions.
Half-day or full-day workshops.
Live online workshops on specific topics such as:
Managing stress with mindfulness.
Improving focus and productivity
The thematic workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation.
