Mindfulness at work workshops & courses

Introductory workshops
90-minutes introductory workshops about mindfulness and stress management.
The workshops can be organised at lunchtime, after work or during the team-building day. These introductory workshops create more awareness about the causes and effects of stress, and how to use mindfulness to feel calmer and more focused.  

Thematic workshops
Half-day or full-day workshops.
Live online workshops on specific topics such as:
•    Managing stress with mindfulness.

•    Mindful communication.
•    Improving focus and productivity  
The thematic workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation.

In-company eight-week mindfulness course
An eight-week program known as mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The course includes 90 minutes of weekly group discussions, guided meditations, and gentle yoga and movements, as well as home-based practice.
