Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, anxiety and fear for many of us are as damaging as the virus itself, as they create and sustain stress that undermines our immune system.
Mindfulness meditation helps to cope with this kind of stress, but only when practiced daily. Learning it is relatively easy. The problem is how to integrate the practice into one’s daily life, especially now that many of our habitual routines are thrown into disarray. Most of the time people never make a step from learning to practicing.
