8-week Mindfulness course:

This 8-week programme has radically changed my life and may change yours. It’s an experiential training course that will help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. It is based on the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and features eight 2,5-hour weekly sessions with lots of practical exercises to build mindfulness into your daily schedule.

The ABC of mindfulness meditation:

Free weekly sessions of 60 minutes where you will learn and practice mindfulness meditation skills. Every Thursday at 18.30 CET. To inscribe send me an email 


Introductory workshops

90-minutes introductory workshop about mindfulness and stress management.

The workshops can be organised at lunchtime, after work or during the team-building day.

These introductory workshops create more awareness about the causes and effects of stress, and how to use mindfulness to feel more calm and focused. It also allows people to judge whether mindfulness could be helpful for them. 

In-company mindfulness course 

Standard 8-week course, with two options:  

  • 8-week course: 8 weekly sessions of 1,5 hours.

  • 4 modules of 3 hours each.

The full course allows people to master mindfulness skills in a step-by-step way.

Thematic half-day or full-day workshops

Interactive and practical workshops on specific topics such as:

  • Managing stress with mindfulness.

  • Improving your focus and productivity.

  • Mindful communication.

The thematic workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation. 


One-week mindfulness retreats in Croatia (temporarily suspended):

Practicing Vipassana meditation and movement meditation in small groups of 5-6 people to the murmur of the waves, on an island, in the heart of a nature reserve.
